Every person carries an invisible force within them that influences their life. Whether you come from a different culture or not, we all share a fascination with discovering who we truly are.
Céleste was involved in consciousness development from a young age, while Rien was searching for the soul of businesses. When they met, they had both mastered their own personal development and embarked on a new adventure together.
This is how they became the architects of Conscious Leadership, developed a new business model, laid the foundation for a renewed democr(e)acy, and founded Uniovision.
Uniovision was born in 2011, and we continue to build it with one key principle: unconditional love. The greatest force in the universe, boundless and inexhaustible.

Our Key to Success
Our complementary strengths are the key to our success. Like two needles on a compass, we strengthen each other. Both of us have developed our consciousness to a level of mastery, and we guide others on this journey.
As entrepreneurs, we each own fifty percent of our company. Together, we are responsible for the content development of our program, the training of our team members, and the guidance of our clients.
By consciously working from the heart, we continuously create innovative concepts and establish a new foundation for collaboration. We replace performance pressure with creativity and act intuitively, making it easier to explore and resolve obstacles.
Our biggest risk is staying ahead of the market and potentially losing connection with our community. However, our diverse strengths and growing team keep us grounded.
Are you enlightened?
People often hesitate to ask us this question directly, but we can see that they’re thinking it. We don’t find that strange, as enlightenment is a loaded concept. Many people have strong opinions about it or believe it’s reserved for a few extraordinary individuals on Earth. And that’s true – but so are you. 😉
The answer to this question is yes. We have reached this level within ourselves under the guidance of another master. Her program enabled us to become masters over the ego within the personality and to harness the full extent of our power. It was a fascinating journey, followed by a period of integration and acknowledgment.
Now, that point – like the many lifetimes that led us to this one – is behind us. And yes, we can do things that others might consider impossible. But we still need to eat, drink, pay our bills, and enjoy sex. The difference is that we know who we are, we know what we want, and we consciously manifest that in our lives.
And although we are not “truly” there, we are here to guide you to this point as well.
Entrepreneurs typically earn their income through profits from activities. But what if we based our prices and salaries on unconditional love?
This would require us to apply this principle to ourselves as well. We could no longer excessively enrich ourselves, nor would we want to live in poverty.
This is where natural harmony comes into play. It requires ongoing, careful consideration to determine when things are in balance. We make these decisions intuitively.
Those who become aware of this will realize that profit is no longer a variable at the next level of consciousness.
This paves the way for a fulfilling existence as an entrepreneur, in harmony with yourself and your environment.

At Uniovision, ‘the heart’ forms the core of everything we do. From this foundation, we have developed a distinctive business concept based on the natural harmony between matter and energy.
From this vision, we are also a social enterprise focused on sustainable development, aligned with the UN Global Goals.
We endorse the 17 Global Goals formulated by the UN and believe that conscious individuals are essential for achieving these objectives. Therefore, it is our intention to contribute to all 17 goals by guiding people in the development of their consciousness.
We believe in adding new insights to the world we live in. In this way, we contribute to a meaningful and sustainable life on our planet.
As colleagues and partners, we have shared a special bond for over fifteen years.
In the beginning, it was challenging to separate work and private life, but over time, we have gained so much experience that switching between the two is now effortless.
Together, we have six adult children who are a tremendous enrichment to our lives.
Outside of work, we love investing in trips to new destinations and adventures in the great outdoors, with our backpack and tent as loyal companions.
Consciousness development is the key to creating a lasting, harmonious relationship with yourself and your environment. This not only positively impacts employment, health, and well-being but also influences how we interact with the earth and our fellow humans.
However, many people are unaware of the potential within their own system, which can lead to recurring patterns and a sense of imbalance.
We believe it is essential to address this aspect of our humanity to restore balance.
Consciousness development has a positive impact not only on individuals but also on humanity as a whole. Let’s become aware of our potential and use it to create a better world together.
