I am a pioneer – and a bit headstrong – and that’s exactly how I began my personal journey of discovery. At the age of twenty, I left for America. There, I lived for over six years in the wild, untamed nature of the Kawaiisu Indian region in California. For three thousand years, this land was theirs, and the cave within walking distance of our home at the time was known to them as the “Creation Cave.”
According to Kawaiisu tradition, this cave was considered a sacred site, where the world and their people were believed to have originated.
This place — full of rock carvings, arrowheads, and ritual energy — was my first encounter with what I now understand as “The living memory of the Earth.”
In 1992, I returned to the Netherlands with my family. My love for people and for society as a whole led me to pursue a degree in Cultural and Social Education (HBO). During those same years, I also participated in various professional trainings and workshops, including Emotional Bodywork, Empowerment, Communication & Self-Management, and Intuitive Development.
From 1998 to 2009, I worked as a social and cultural worker, project leader, and educator in adult education, where I developed and facilitated a wide range of trainings. Through my one-on-one coaching sessions with participants, I felt a growing desire to support people on a deeper level. This led me to complete the training program for Intuitive Guidance, as well as its advanced course.
Since 2006, I’ve been offering training and guidance focused on developing awareness, integrating life experiences, and creating (new) possibilities beyond existing frameworks.
Since 2011, I’ve worked as co-owner and guide at Uniovision. Together with my partner Rien, I co-created De Werfeling in Utrecht — a center for consciousness development in a thousand-year-old wharf cellar. A magical location were lots of new ideas have come to life and my creativity is able to flourish. Over the years, some creations failed to land, while others appeared so smoothly that they slipped by unnoticed.
I am deeply grateful for all the experiences and inner processes I have gone through. They have given me the unconditional freedom to fully live who I am.

Bringing the foundation to life feels like the sum of a long personal and professional journey — as if all the threads of my life are now converging.
On one hand, my deep interest in cultural and spiritual traditions has always been a steady undercurrent. On the other, there is the will — the heartfelt desire — to apply my knowledge and experience in service of a more integrated and harmonious society, where human potential can truly thrive.

My personal vision
People, both individually and collectively, give shape to their lives here on earth. In doing so, they often move unconsciously through all kinds of extremes in order to experience different aspects of life. When the heart becomes involved, people can evolve toward more refined levels within themselves, beyond fear and emotional struggle. The heart makes people soft and receptive, it creates space for new possibilities, and it gives life a wondrous radiance.
From the heart, polarity can be seen as a fundamental aspect of reality, where opposing forces and qualities are inherent to the universe. In this light, polarity is not only a philosophical concept, but also a way in which the world functions—for example in physics (positive and negative charges), in the cycle of day and night, and in the changing of the seasons.
People who are aware of polarities can shape their own lives by making choices that resonate with their deepest values, intuition, and authentic self—choosing a particular “pole” or way of living that speaks to them most, or that best aligns with the goals they wish to realize in life.
In personal development, the heart can serve as a guide that helps people understand the essence of situations and make joyful, enlightened choices. This can lead to a deeper form of awareness and personal growth that transcends duality and conflict. It offers a path to inner harmony and a deeper understanding of one’s role and purpose in life.
The time we live in now can be seen as a turning point for humanity. A time of transformation in which more and more people are becoming aware of the necessity to embrace a more integrated and harmonious way of living, beyond fear and struggle. It is a call to act from love and wisdom, and to integrate polarities into a harmonious whole.
In my work with people, the energy of the heart is central. My own experience and the process I have gone through have given me unconditional freedom to live who I am. In the guidance I offer, this is lovingly expressed through the trust I place in my clear abilities.
